If (for any reason) you are not satisfied with your ad, you can cancel your ad by clicking on the "Members" link on the left side of any page and click on the "Cancel Membership" link to cancel your membership. If your original purchase or subscription payment creation is within the 30 day period, you can request a refund. Refunds within the 30 day period are gladly given. After 30 days of your original purchase or subscription payment creation, no refunds are issued.
Chargebacks: Chargebacks are taken very seriously at The Pet Sitting Directory as we offer a 30 day refund policy as mentioned above. Sometimes chargebacks are initiated by mistake as our billing name on credit cards statements is *MODERNCONCE* and is sometimes not recognized by the buyer. If a chargeback is initiated, we will assist fully with the investigation and provide you and the credit card processor with evidence of your purchase through the company where the reversal was initiated. You agree to participate in this investigation and pay the amount owed in full once we have provided evidence to you and the credit card processor that the claim is incorrect and/or fraudulent.
Fraudulent chargebacks WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! We will actively seek to collect payment if services were or are currently being offered.
